Varity source and spread:Local varity at yuedong district,Guangdong prov,China.Mainly spread at yuedong district(our home town Shantou city are here) and Guangzhou(canton).


Characterict:Plant half straight,height 53cm,open 70cm.Leaf oval,length 45cm,wieth 35cm,dark green.Wave shape at leaf margin,all split at the root.split leaves about 8-10 pairs,skin at the leaf.Light green at stalk,length about 6-8cm,wiedth about 4cm with wax power,half round at the cross section.Solo weight about 1.0-1.5kgs.

Feature:Mid-mature,about 80-110days from growing to harvest.Resistant to cold,not easy to blossom.soft skin of leaf,less fibre,good quality.For fresh or pickling to saucerkraut



Culitivate point:Plant at Aug-Dec,seedling about 25-30days,harvest at Nov to last Feb.Line space is about 40cm by 33cm.Yield about 37000kg per hm2.
